expand the NE corner of University Village. The proposal is to add 76,000
sq ft of retail with 800 parking stalls in a six level parking structure,
demolish an 18,000 sq ft building, and add 53,000 sq ft to the Bartell

Event: Northgate Core - City report out

time the city will have assembled all the information from the planning
