sure to stop by our booth near 125th and Lake City Way. Face painting,
tattoos and button making. If you’d like to volunteer, call Derek at

Teen Parent GroupDate: Every Thursday Time: 4 – 6 p.m. Location: North Seattle Family Center, 3200 NE

For
pregnant and parenting young moms and dads under 21 years old. Come
join our new Teen Parent Group. Meet other young parents who have similar
issues and concerns in a safe supportive and non-judgmental setting.
Group time includes sharing ideas and concerns with peers, discussion
about a parenting topic, and a craft or parent/child activity. Positive
parenting support and friendship! Light
dinner provided.

Children
will make a pottery piece during the clinic and the finished product
will be taken to a local art studio to fire ceramic pieces in the kiln
then returned to the young artist. Pottery clay provided by Seattle
Pottery Supply and demonstrated by Paul and Laura Souyoultzis, art
students and creators of original Pottery and Sculpture. Everyone is
welcome. Art Clinic series held once a month. Workshops
fall on Sunday’s at 1 p.m. Hosted by various professional artists.
