Friends of Dahl Playfield, a group of local community
members, is inviting the community to get involved in the
park improvement effort. Plans to renovate the playground
and ballfields (on 25th Avenue across from University
Prep) are underway. They are recruiting both adults and
students to participate in a number of ways:

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Share your ideas for park design
improvements, contribute items for a fundraising yard
sale, host fundraising house parties, participate in
construction work parties, and more. Contact them if you
are interested in getting involved.

UPCOMING COMMUNITY DESIGN MEETINGS: Three community
meetings with the project's landscape architect are
scheduled to solicit community ideas about how to best
improve and beautify the park. All meetings will be held
at University Prep Gym, 8000 25th Ave NE (corner of 80th
Street and 25th Ave NE).

Wednesday, November 10th @ 7:00 p.m.
Monday, January 10th @ 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 17th @ 7:00 p.m.
