The History House Neighborhood Community Focus: Northeast Seattle
Exhibit has opened. We would like to thank all of the folks who contributed
in the creation of this exhibit. We will be very proud to share it with our
visitors over the next 3 months.

We enjoyed meeting so many of the participants at the Grand Opening
Event this past Saturday. Our special thanks to: Mike Guthrie for his music,
Mike Coleman for his camera work, City of Seattle Councilmember Richard
Conlin for his words, King County Councilmember Bob Ferguson for his words
and, of course thanks to you all for participating!

There are two more event programs planned around the Northeast Seattle
Exhibit.

All-City Senior Day
Thursday, December 9th, 2pm
Seniors from in and around the City of Seattle will be invited to
attend. The program will include the 40 plus exhibits from Northeast
Seattle, live music from Jorge Zorro, a brief introduction to History House
and a slide program on the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition.

All-City Family Day
Saturday, January 22nd, 2pm
Families from in and around the City of Seattle will be invited to
attend. This program is aimed at children 8 to 12 years-old. The program
will include the 40 plus exhibits from Northeast Seattle, a brief
introduction to History House, the slide program on the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific
Exposition plus some kid-friendly fun and games.
