02/26/02 Yesterday we had another meeting of the RHS Design Team. The Team has been expanded to include more RHS staff members, more school district members representing a broader range (for exanple: libraries and special education) and more students. If you know of a current student or RECENT graduate who would be interested in joining the team, please let me know ASAP as the RHS administration is looking for additional student volunteers. The meeting consisted of a brainstorming session relating to the themes of Personalizing Environment, Program Adaptability, and Safety. We divided into four groups where we were to brainstorm design elements that would relate to these themes (see the meeting minutes of our last meeting for a complete listing of the themes). The ideas that were generated will go the architects for use in their schematic design. The architects were also present at this meeting and participated in the process. Our next meeting will be on March 11, and we were assigned homework of reading one to two articles that were available to us, to be reported on at the next meeting. Andrea Wilson
