Ken Bounds dismissed the board's vote and the overwhelming public support for
Alternative 2. Bounds and the Parks Project staff swept aside the will of the
Ravenna Neighborhood, and created what Bounds calls a "modified Alternative
1." This "alternative" is clearly not what the community chose
