Where is Northeast Seattle?

Seattle is the largest city in the state of Washington in the United States of America.

Northeast Seattle is bounded on the north by 145th street, on the east by Lake Washington, on the south by Portage Bay, the Montlake Cut and Union Bay, and on the west by Interstate 5 - give or take a few blocks.
